- Drop shimmer-themes, elementary-xfce-icon-theme from depends.
- Downgrade xebian-wallpapers to recommends.
* usr/share/gtksourceview-2.0/styles/xebian-light.xml,
usr/share/xfce4/terminal/colorschemes/xebian-light.theme:
- Sync with upstream.
+ Change the selection color background for a darker one in
the Xebian light themes.
